The business philosophy of this exciting project is the same that made possible the success of its first restaurant –Compartir, in Cadaqués- and that promoted them to international culinary summits with Disfrutar.

It has been a long time of work and passion to find the “algorithm” that would allow to move an experience as unique as the one lived at Disfrutar outside the restaurant. Oriol, Eduard, Mateu and Jordi have succeeded.
Concept and gastronomy
Creative emotion as a fundamental argument of gastronomy is the DNA of Disfrutar Events.
To be able to move it in a personalized way, in all kinds of places and adapting to each event and each person, Disfrutar Events has achieved, through its creative potential applied specially from its culinary line, not only faithfully translating its elaborations into this new format, but amplify the essential flavours, the “wow” textures, the fun in each bite, the surprise in each presentation. With formats and staging for any situation.
Mateu Casañas, Oriol Castro, Jordi Parra and Eduard Xatruch met each other at the end of the 90’s in the kitchen of elBulli restaurant. There they trained professionally as chefs and when elBulli closed its doors to become the elBulliFoundation, the four chefs stayed on the team, actively working by Ferran Adrià’s side on the conceptualization of the Bullipedia until November 2014.
In 2012 Oriol, Mateu and Eduard decided to become business partners and bring to life a dream they had has for some time: their own restaurant. So, in April 2012 the restaurant Compartir was born. With the consolidation of Compartir, in December 2014 they opened a second restaurant in Barcelona, Disfrutar. At the same time, Jordi participates in other projects where he specializes in the production of gastronomic events and management.
In 2019, the four decided to join forces and work in the events sector creating Disfrutar Events, under the direction of Jordi.
